Beau Surratt applies relational, administrative, and communication skills developed in his career in church administration and many years as a condo board member to offer efficient and compassionate service to our community association homeowners. A graduate of Elmhurst College, Beau is a certified manager of community associations (CMCA) and an Illinois licensed community manager. In his non-working hours, he enjoys all things Disney (especially Winnie the Pooh), collects fountain pens, and sings in a church choir. He also enjoys spending time with his 19-year-old cat Magellan and longs to be able to adopt a dog someday.
