Heather is a Condo Association Property Manager with NS Management in Skokie, IL. Heather’s connection to condo association dynamics is both personal and professional, as she lives in a condo herself and has served as both her association's Board Secretary and Board President. As a creative thinker, she sees possibilities where others see problems. Heather’s energetic, patient, and solutions-oriented approach has led to a broad skill set applicable to property management. Heather’s journey to NS has spanned several industries and roles. She has worked as a Legal Assistant and law firm Librarian, in small-business retail, and most recently as office manager of a local coworking space. Heather holds a BA of Comparative Literature from Wittenberg University and an MS of Library and Information Science from Dominican University. In her free time Heather is an active volunteer who enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking at the lakefront, and trying new recipes.
