Jackie has a keen understanding of the benefits and challenges of association living, serving as a Director and Secretary of her own condominium’s Board of Directors. From that experience, she developed a strong interest in association governance and obtained the CMCA designation, leading to a new career as a community manager. She also has the perspective of a building owner, having managed properties in her own portfolio. With 20+ years of experience in customer service and marketing, Jackie leverages her diverse background to provide top service to her association clients. Jackie is a 2021 graduate of DePaul University and a licensed Community Manager in the state of Illinois. In her non-working hours, she enjoys cooking, reading, and watching movies.
