As the Director of Client Transitions, Tash oversees the seamless transition of new and existing communities, including association onboarding, offboarding, and the resale department. With a focus on organization, communication, and operational excellence, Tash works to ensure smooth transitions for boards, homeowners, and internal teams while delivering a positive client experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Tash enjoys spending time with her active children and supporting them in their various sports and activities. Family, teamwork, and staying involved in the community are at the heart of what keeps her busy both professionally and personally.
