Nicole brings nearly 20 years of property management experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Community Association Management. She provides strategic leadership to the company's Directors and Community Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team through mentorship, guidance, and professional development. Nicole also designed and implemented a comprehensive training program that has strengthened operational consistency and elevated service across the organization. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a joint specialist degree in Political Science and Philosophy, Nicole spent six years in Los Angeles in the property management field before returning home to Chicago. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, baking, listening to live music, and cheering on the Cubs.
