Starting in the industry serving on the Board of Directors at his own self-managed condo association, Dan has been involved in Community Management for over 10 years. He has experience managing a diverse portfolio of condos, townhomes, and HOA's. Dan utilizes his finance background to help his association clients with budgeting, capital project planning, and preventative maintenance. He holds the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as Association Management Specialist (AMS). Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in public relations. In his free time, he enjoys camping, biking, and enjoying day trips in the area.
