NS Management is grateful to the many vendors that support and service our managed communities. Given the high volume of vendors we work with, NS Management has partnered with a third-party vendor compliance firm, VIVE, to help properly screen and vet all vendors. This partnership supports our responsibility to thoroughly evaluate vendors before authorizing service requests and awarding contracts.
VIVE focuses on certifying vendors within the community management industry. All vendors must register to maintain their relationship with NS Management. The process is simple and efficient—taking under 15 minutes to complete—and includes a small annual fee.
