Ken’s background as a building owner, developer, community manager, and entrepreneur provides a rich and diverse knowledge base to guide and advise our community association clients. As President of NS Management, Ken oversees company operations and assists with community associations that are facing difficult issues and major financial decisions. As a building owner and developer, Ken has directed the rehabilitation of multi-family properties that provide affordable housing to the community. He is the author of many articles published in industry-related publications and blog sites. Ken serves as an expert witness in condominium-related litigation matters and is a certified manager of community associations (CMCA), an Illinois licensed community association manager, and a graduate of California State University.
